Aside from our amazing Santa Experience itself, it is our stunning Heirloom Santa Storybooks that are probably what we’re most famous for! These beautiful storybooks are truly works of art.
At your proof viewing appointment, “Elf” Michael will assist you in selecting the images that will be great to write a story about. And, even more importantly, really fun to read to your child! Then, someday, they will read it to their children!
Many of our clients tell us that it is now a family tradition to read their Santa Storybooks to their kids every Christmas Eve!
Once your image selections are made, Michael then spends hours retouching and enhancing your images. That process also includes adding the original light painted background back into the images for each full-set photograph. Then, he also adds “Santa Magic” where appropriate.
Michael does that for every image that you’ve selected. Then he starts to write a story, that rhymes, for each image! Think Dr. Suess but without the make-believe words. Each two-page spread is absolutely heart-warming! These storybooks are something that you and your kids will cherish and pass down for generations!
Santa Claus and Cystic Fibrosis
Before we get too far along, let’s talk about something very significant. Our stunning Heirloom Santa Storybooks help us to raise money to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
When you purchase one of these fantastic Heirloom Santa Storybooks (and any of our other Santa products), you’re helping us raise thousands of dollars yearly for Cystic Fibrosis.
We do this in memory of our Goddaughter, Lindsey, who lost her battle with CF in June of 2022. Lindsey’s husband, Wes, her entire family, Joannie and I, Santa Claus, and all CF families thank you for your support!
Variety Is The Spice Of Life
Our amazing Heirloom Santa Storybooks come in three different sizes. As of 2023, they also are available in six different styles! Michael tries to come up with a brand-new design each year, and 2023 will be no exception. Let’s begin with the three sizes first.
All of our Heirloom Santa Storybooks begin with your twelve favorite images. More photographs and pages may be added for an additional cost.
The Heirloom 12×12 Santa Storybook
The Heirloom 12×12 Santa Storybook is absolutely our finest Santa Experience product! It contains at least 20 pages, with your favorite image on the cover. That cover photograph is printed on metallic paper and then mounted under acrylic. Then, from the left edge of the acrylic, fine leather wraps around the front cover and spine, to the back cover.
Another eleven images (or more), as well as their stories, are written into the design. Those pages are printed and mounted on thick pages that are gold embossed. In the final step, a UV coating is added for protection.
A beautiful leather storage box is included, with “Christmas”, as well as the year, gold embossed on it.
The Heirloom 10×10 Santa Storybook
The Heirloom 10×10 Santa Storybook is designed and constructed exactly the same as its bigger sibling. It’s just a smaller form factor. It also comes with its own leather storage box with “Christmas”, and the year, gold embossed on it as well.
The Compact 10×10 Santa Storybook
The Compact 10×10 is our original Heirloom Santa Storybook. This storybook is unique in that it has two images on its “wrap-around” photo cover! Your favorite image on the front, and another on the back. The entire cover is printed on metallic paper.
Then, another ten images, as well as their stories, are written into the 20-page design. Those photographs are printed on the pages and a UV coating is added for protection.
Just as with the 12×12 and 10×10 Heirloom Santa Storybooks, more photographs and pages can be added to The Compact 10×10 for an additional cost.
Heirloom Santa Storybook Styles
As mentioned earlier, in addition to the three sizes, there are now six different styles of Heirloom Santa Storybooks to select from! Let’s start with our very first one, and its close cousin.
We simply call these two beautiful Santa Storybooks, “Classic Red” & “Classic Green”. The following images are the covers of each book style. Then, you’ll see one of the page designs that are featured on the inside of that particular Santa Storybook.
The Classic Red and Classic Green Heirloom Santa Storybooks
Our Classic Red and Classic Green Heirloom Santa Storybooks have evolved a fair amount since their first iterations. The pages now come in many different colors. And, quite frankly, “Elf” Michael’s writing (and rhyming) abilities have improved quite a bit over the years too.
The Classic Green version, which arrived a few years later, is simply the changing of the cover color, the rest of this storybook’s look and feel are essentially the same on the inside.
The Christmas Plaid Heirloom Santa Storybook
The Christmas Plaid Heirloom Santa Storybook is a close relative of our Classic Red and Classic Green Santa Storybooks. The big difference is, you guessed it, lots of Christmas Plaid throughout the entire book’s design!
The Snowy Holiday Heirloom Santa Storybook
The “Snowy Holiday” Heirloom Santa Storybook was designed for “Santa’s Enchanted Forest.” It features lots of snowflakes, and other snowy enhancements, that make for a really fun and pretty design.
This enchanting Santa Storybook design works great with any of our wonderful Santa themes.
The “Vintage Brown” Heirloom Santa Storybook
Our “Vintage Brown” Heirloom Santa Storybook was introduced in 2022, and many of our clients selected it as their Santa Storybook style choice for our magical “Santa’s Cabin” theme.
“Vintage Brown” is a pretty Santa Storybook that features some of its pages with partial panoramic images that cross over the page fold.
This is another one of our Santa Storybook designs that should work very nicely with just about any of our Santa themes each year!
The “Christmas Holly” Heirloom Santa Storybook
Our “Christmas Holly” Heirloom Santa Storybook will make its debut for “Santa’s North Pole Lodge” in 2023!
Elf Michael has put the finishing touches on this stunning book’s design. It is now ready for Santa’s arrival in November 2023! This adorable Santa Storybook will also have panoramic images that will span across the fold on some of the pages!
