We start scheduling for The Best Santa Experience in December the year before! Do not delay as appointment times always fill up and we WILL sell out!

Please make sure to follow through with all correspondence immediately. Nearly all correspondence is done via e-mail. However, we will also send texts for appointment reminders and other information as well. Elf Michael will share his personal cell phone number with you as your appointment with Santa gets near.

Plan to arrive 5 minutes early dressed and ready for your session with the Man in Red. Arrive 10 minutes early if you wish to get the kids ready here (to ensure they keep their outfits clean).

Be prepared to schedule your amazing image viewing appointment once your visit with Santa concludes. All decision-makers need to be present at this appointment. We highly recommend that your kids do NOT attend the image viewing, as Santa Magic, and other fun goodies, will not be applied to the images yet.

The only time you’ll be seeing your images is at your viewing appointment. Timely orders will be ready for pick up (or delivery if you choose our shipping option) prior to Christmas.

It is important that you pre-plan for your child’s portrait session with Santa. Choosing the appropriate attire will assure that your images have a timeless feel to them.

Solid colors, in rich reds and greens, are gorgeous on our sets, and Christmas pajamas are our suggested look with any of our sets. We love little girls in cute nightgowns and little boys in robes and slippers are darling.

It’s important to note that Santa will probably ask your entire group to be in at least one photograph so he can share it with Mrs. Claus. So we suggest that you put some thought into what your entire party wears that day.

Hint: there’s nothing cuter than the whole family in matching Christmas pajamas!
